During the first month, from launch on 11 September 2026, the pipeline silently fell back to a human-written template on 21 of the first 28 drops. I could not determine the cause. That fallback is why some of those drops include a real logo and a recognizable face. I fixed the pipeline on 8 October 2026 so a failed generation is now recorded as no drop, instead of a template. I left the first month exactly as it was published, on purpose.
